TAMALE PIE 
In skillet brown:

1-2 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion

Add:

1 (8 oz.) jar salsa
1 can nacho cheese soup
1 can chopped green chilies

Simmer 10 minutes. Prepare 3 boxes Jiffy corn bread mix. Spoon 1/2 mixture into bottom of 8 x 12 inch greased pan. Spoon in meat mixture. Spoon on rest of corn bread mixture. Top with lots of grated Cheddar cheese and sliced olives. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes. Serve with salsa and sour cream topping.
