FRIED CABBAGE, CARROTS AND
PEPPERS
 
1 med. cabbage, chopped
3 carrots, cut in rounds
1 lg. green pepper, cut in strips
3-4 slices of salt pork or 2 tbsp. oil

Fry pork in skillet with tight fitting lid. Remove pork; add vegetables to hot grease or oil. Cover and reduce heat to low, stir occasionally. Cook 15-20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. 6 servings.
