APPLE SNACK CAKE 
3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 c. peeled, chopped apples
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels

Combine oil, eggs, and sugar in large mixing bowl; beat at medium speed until well mixed. Combine flour, soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Stir in pecans, apples, and half of butterscotch morsels. Spread batter into a greased 9x13x2 inch baking pan. Sprinkle batter with remaining morsels. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes or until well done. Yield: about 15 servings.
