APPLE RAISIN SNACK CAKE 
2/3 c. salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
1 (2 layer) spice cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped apple
1/2 c. raisins

FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. rum extract
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend salad dressing, cake mix, and eggs at low speed with electric mixer until moistened. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Add apples and raisins. Spread in greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Blend butter and rum extract. Gradually add sugar, beating at high speed with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Spread over cake.
