S.'S SEA SALAD 
7 oz. tuna, packed in water
1/2 c. low fat cottage cheese
1 tsp. fresh grated lemon peel
1 tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
2 tbsp. finely sliced green onion
2 tsp. chopped pimento
2 lettuce cups

In a bowl, combine all ingredients except lettuce; chill. Serve in lettuce cups. Garnish with lemon cartwheel twist, parsley and green onion, if desired.

Makes 2 servings. 168 calories per serving.
