VEAL WITH WHITE WINE AND
MUSHROOMS
 
1 pkg. stew veal
8 oz. pkg. fresh mushrooms
1 c. white wine
Fresh ground black pepper
Lawry's-salt-free seasoning

(May substitute chicken for veal.)

Cut veal into bite size pieces, place in lightly greased fry pan. Sprinkle veal with black pepper and lightly cover all pieces with seasoning salt. Brown meat lightly on one side then turn and cover other side lightly with season salt and pepper.

Meanwhile, slice mushrooms thickly and place into the fry pan on medium heat, stirring occasionally until mushrooms are cooked (approximately 5 minutes).

Then add 1 cup white wine, cover and simmer 20-30 minutes.
