DOUBLE DECKER FUDGE | |
1 c. peanut butter chips 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips 2 1/4 c. sugar 1 3/4 c. (7 oz. jar) marshmallow creme 3/4 c. evaporated milk 1/4 c. butter 1 tsp. vanilla Place peanut butter chips and chocolate chips in separate bowls. Butter an 8-inch pan. Set aside. Combine sugar, marshmallow creme, evaporated milk, and butter in a heavy 3-quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Continue cooking an additional 5 minutes, still stirring. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla. Mix half of mixture with peanut butter chips, stir until chips are melted. Spread evenly in pan. Repeat with chocolate chips, spread on top of peanut butter. Let cool. |
