1 lg. box Oreo cookies, crushed in blender
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. Cool Whip

Cream cream cheese, butter, and sugar. In separate bowl, mix Cool Whip, pudding, and milk. Add Cool Whip mixture to cheese mixture. Layer into container, starting and ending with cookies (as many layers as wanted, ending with cookie on top).

If you layer this in a plastic flower pot, ending with cookies on top, you can insert plastic flowers until serving time. Serve with a small scoop.
