1 angel food cake 1 lg. container Cool Whip lite 1 lg. can diet peaches 1 lb. box sugar-free instant vanilla pudding Raspberry jam Drain peaches, saving juice. Break up cake into approximately 1 inch squares in large bowl. Mix pudding mix with peach juice until smooth. (Add milk if too thick. Add Cool Whip to mixture and whip until smooth. Layer in glass bowl as follows: Cake - pudding mix - peaches - and dab with jam. Repeat with done. |
