SHRIMP WITH GARLIC AND WINE 
1 lb. lg. shrimp
4 cloves garlic, crushed
4 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. fresh parsley
1/4 c. white wine
Parmesan cheese, grated
Salt and pepper

Peel, devein, and rinse shrimp. Heat oil and saute the garlic. Add shrimp and parsley, and cook 5 minutes, turning. Season with salt and pepper; add wine, stirring well. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve sizzling hot.
