CARAMEL POPS | |
1 stick butter 2 c. light brown sugar 1/4 c. light Karo syrup 1/2 lb. bag Jays corn pops Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Microwave 1 stick butter, 2 cups brown sugar and 1/4 cup light Karo syrup. Microwave 3 minutes. Stir and microwave 2-3 minutes. Stir again. Put 1 large package Jays corn pops in a large brown grocery bag. Pour syrup over pops and shake well. Microwave 1 minute, shake, microwave 1 minute again, shake. Pour out carefully into two 9 x 13 inch cake pans. Bake at 250 degrees for 15 minutes and stir. Bake 15 minute more. Stir, take out and cool. Store in covered container. |
