CANADIAN PIE CRUST | |
5 c. flour 2 c. lard (1 lb.) 1 tsp. baking powder 2 tsp. salt 1 egg 1 tbsp. vinegar Drop egg in measuring cup; fill to 3/4 cup with cold water (refrigerated). Add 1 tablespoon vinegar. Add to dry ingredients and toss with a fork. Work into ball with hands. Use what you need and refrigerate rest in plastic bag. |
