LEG OF LAMB BUTTERFLIED | |
1 (4-5 lb.) butterflied leg of lamb 1 c. red wine 3/4 c. soy sauce 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 tbsp. dried rosemary 1 tsp. black pepper Combine all ingredients; pour over lamb and marinade 5-6 hours, covered in refrigerator. Cook 10-12 minutes each side in broiler for pink lamb meat. Or grill 15-20 minutes over coals on each side. Serves 8. |
