PIMENTO CHEESE SPREAD | |
1 lb. N. Y. State sharp cheese 1 can pimento 1 lg. can Carnation milk Grate cheese (it is not necessary to grate it finely) and dice pimento. Add Carnation milk and heat slowly, stirring constantly. DO NOT let it come to a boil. Heat only until cheese melts. Pour up immediately and refrigerate. This makes about 1 quart and when cooled, is a perfect consistency for spreading. |
