QUICK CINNAMON ROLLS 
Prepared biscuit mix
Melt butter
Brown sugar
Cinnamon
Raisins
Desired berries; optional

Use prepared biscuit mix, amount for your family size. Roll 1/2 inch thick, brush with butter. Sprinkle on remaining ingredients, roll like a jelly roll. Cut into 1 inch slices, place in on greased cookie sheet leaving space between rolls. Let rest 10 minutes. Bake at 400-450 degrees until light brown. For sweeter rolls, spread a thin powdered sugar frosting on while hot.
