RHUBARB CRISP 
4 1/2 c. diced rhubarb
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. flour
4 tbsp. melted butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. quick oatmeal
1/4 tsp. ginger

Layer rhubarb in greased pan. Sprinkle with sugar and spices. Cream butter, gradually add brown sugar. Blend in flour and oatmeal. Spread over rhubarb. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes, 8x8 pan.
