SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground round
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
2 eggs
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. catsup
2 tbsp. minced onion

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and shape into walnut size balls. Put onto lightly greased pans. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Drain and cover with sauce. Bake 10 minutes or cook in crock pot on low.

SAUCE:

1 can jellied cranberry sauce
1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. brown sugar

Mix all ingredients together and pour over meatballs. Cook as directed above.
