BAKED PORK CHOPS 
8 loin chops 1 inch thick
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 1/2 c. sour cream

Brown chops lightly in hot skillet. Put in baking dish. Pour fat from skillet, leaving 1 tablespoon in pan. Add flour and soup mix. Blend in water. Pour over chops. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover, bake 30 to 40 minutes longer or until tender. Remove from pan. Blend sour cream into liquid in pan and heat. Pour over chops. Add parsley and serve.
