PASTOR JIM'S FAVORITE ROAST
FAJITAS
 
1 beef or pork roast
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 onion cut crosswise
1 red pepper, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced

Put roast in crockpot for 18 hours (24 hours if frozen). Over top sprinkle onion soup mix. Last 3 hours, place on top onion, red and green pepper. Use thick tortillas and garnish with Mexican dip or sour cream and guacamole.
