HERBED VEGGIE COMBO 
1/2 c. frozen green beans
4 oz. sliced zucchini
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. chopped tomatoes
Dash of salt & pepper
1/8 tsp. rosemary
1/8 tsp. thyme

Steam green beans for 10 minutes. Add zucchini and steam for 10 minutes more. In small saucepan, cook the onion and peppers in the oil over medium heat. Stir in tomatoes and spices and heat through. Pour over the beans and zucchini. Toss gently to mix.

Yield: 2 servings - 1 cup each. Calories: 75. Cholesterol: 0. Exchange: 1 vegetable, 1 fat.
