FRUIT SALAD 
1 lg. Jello (either lime or orange)
1 (12 oz.) cottage cheese
2 cans fruit cocktail
1 can pineapple chunks or mandarin oranges (depending on flavor of Jello)
1 (10 oz.) Cool Whip

Mix dry Jello into cottage cheese. Add Cool Whip and drained fruit. Refrigerate.

This is quick and easy. Makes larger quantity, can also use 24 ounce cottage cheese and 12 ounce Cool Whip.
