FRENCH FRIED ONIONS 
2 lg. Bermuda onions
1 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Slice onions into 1/4 inch thick rings. Separate rings and soak in milk for at least 20 minutes. Drain.

Combine flour and salt in a small bag; shake onion rings in bag until well coated.
