FREEZER COLESLAW 
1 gal. chopped (blender) cabbage
1 tbsp. salt
1 green pepper
2 carrots
1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed

Mix cabbage and salt. Let stand 1 hour. Chop green pepper and carrots in blender. Set aside. Add sugar and vinegar to water. Boil 1 minute. Cool. Squeeze salt water from cabbage, discard. Add vegetables and celery seed to cabbage. Add cooled vinegar and sugar, mix well. Let stand 30 minutes. Package and freeze.
