BANANA BREAKFAST SPLITS 
8 pancakes, warm
2 lg. bananas, cut into 8 chunks
1/2 c. unsweetened pineapple chunks (4 oz. can)
1 pt. strawberries
1 container vanilla yogurt (8 oz.)

Assemble: Place 1 pancake on a plate, spoon on yogurt then the bananas, strawberries and pineapple.

Sprinkle with granola (optional).

Microwave pancakes may be used.

Serves 8.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
