LEMONADE FRUIT DRESSING 
2 eggs
1/3 c. sugar

1 (6 oz.) can lemonade concentrate 1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Beat eggs in 1 1/2 quart mixing bowl. Stir in sugar and lemonade concentrate. Cook in the microwave until mixture comes to a boil and thickens, check and stir in 1 minute intervals. Cook mixture. Whip cream until thick. Fold into cooled lemon mixture. Makes 3 cups. Excellent dressing with apples, bananas or pineapple.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
