2 c. boiled rice
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. pineapple chunks
1 c. whipping cream
1 c. chopped apples
24 miniature marshmallows

Cook rice until soft. Mix all ingredients except cream. Let stand 1 hour. Fold cream in mixture just before serving.
