SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked yellow squash
3/4 c. crumbled light bread
3 eggs, well beaten
1 c. scalded milk
1 c. grated cheese
2 tbsp. chopped onions
Salt to taste
2 tsp. sugar
Dash of pepper

Add crumbled bread to scalded milk; mix with other ingredients. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Crumble crackers on top and dot with butter. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
