KOREAN STYLE SHORT RIBS | |
4 lbs. beef short ribs (2-1/2 inches long) 1/2 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. water 1 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds 1 tsp. Texas pete or Tabasco 1/2 tsp. garlic powder Score meaty side of ribs 1/2 inch deep, criss-cross 1/2 inch apart. Mix all remaining ingredients for marinade. Place ribs in a plastic bag with marinade and marinate for two hours. Remove from plastic bag and place on a hot grill, cooking until done. |
