HOT DIP 
3 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons butter
1/8 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons corn syrup
8 tablespoons vinegar
5 small hot chili peppers
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
thyme to garnish

Combine eggs, butter, a pinch of salt and 6 tablespoons of corn syrup in a saucepan.

Heat on high for 12 minutes. Add 8 tablespoons of vinegar and 5 small hot chili peppers and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper.

Reduce heat. Cook for an additional 10 minutes over medium heat and garnish with thyme.
