BAKED STEW 
1 - 1 1/2 lb. round steak, cubed
Potato
3 stalks celery
1 lg. onion
Carrots
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. tapioca
3/4 c. V-8

Cube all vegetables. Mix meat and vegetables in Dutch oven. Then mix dry ingredients. Pour juice over all and mix well. Cover and bake in a slow oven, 250-300 degrees, for 4 hours.

(May have to adjust amount of liquid if more meat and vegetables are added.)
