FISH WITH HERBS 
1 lb. white fish fillets (snapper, cod, etc.)
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. tarragon
1/4 tsp. thyme
Salt & pepper
1/4 c. crushed corn flakes
Lemon for garnish

Place fish in greased 6 x 10 inch baking dish or pan. Cook onion and garlic in butter until tender. Stir in seasonings and cook 1 minute. Spread over fish. Top with corn flake crumbs. Bake in 450 degree oven for 15-18 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Serve with lemon wedges. Serves 4.
