2 qt. popped corn (not microwave)
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. corn syrup or honey

Cook sugar and corn syrup to a rolling boil. Remove from heat and add peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until peanut butter is melted. Pour over popcorn, stirring to coat. (Two spoons or rubber spatulas work best.)
