BROCCOLI SALAD 
3 lg. bunches broccoli, chopped sm.
1/2 red onion, diced sm.
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. raisins
1 lb. bacon, fried and diced (optional)

Mix above ingredients.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vinegar

Combine and add to salad and mix well and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight. Makes a large bowl.
