SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE 
1 whole egg or 2 yolks
1 c. sour cream or buttermilk
1 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. seedless raisins
9" pie crust, unbaked

Beat egg and blend in sour cream and vinegar. Mix sugar, flour, spices and salt; stir into first mixture. Add raisins and pour into crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot or cold. Can put a topping on meringue or cream.
