LAZY LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
2 (28 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
1 c. Ricotta or cottage cheese
1 egg
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Brown meat in a large saucepan and drain. Add next 4 ingredients. Bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes. In a small bowl, mix Ricotta cheese or cottage cheese, egg and Parmesan cheese. Put a little of the meat sauce in bottom of 13 x 9 baking dish and alternate layers as follows: noodles, 1/3 meat sauce, half of cheese mixture. Repeat and then top with remaining meat sauce. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top and cover with foil.

Bake at 350°F for one hour or until noodles are tender. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
