CANDY STRIPE PARFAIT 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry, strawberry, or raspberry gelatin
Light cream

Prepare gelatin as directed on package, filling parfait glasses to within 2 inches of the rim. Chill until firm, about 3 hours. Pour light cream over top of gelatin. Using a straw, make deep tunnels at intervals around the outside and through the center of the gelatin, allowing the cream to flow into the tunnels. Top with additional cream and fresh fruit.
