COLE SLAW WITH PEAS AND PEANUTS 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
2 c. finely shredded cabbage
1 green onion, finely sliced
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. wine vinegar
3/4 c. chopped salted peanuts

In salad bowl, mix together peas, cabbage, and onion. In small bowl, mix remaining ingredients except peanuts. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss lightly, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or more. Garnish with peanuts before serving. Serves 6.
