CINNAMON ROLL - UPS 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sour cream
1/2 lb. butter
1 egg
3 to 3 1/2 c. flour

FILLING:

1 c. sugar
Cinnamon to taste
3/4 c. chopped nuts
Raisins (optional)

Mix ingredients well and divide into 4 equal balls. Freeze or chill well. Defrost each ball into a circle. (Dough should be fairly thin; add more flour if it sticks.) Cut into pie shaped pieces, making 16 equal sections for each ball of dough. (Pizza cutter works well for this.) Sprinkle filling over top, then roll from large end to small end. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Yields: 64.
