PRETZEL SALAD | |
1 c. pretzel sticks, crushed 1/3 c. butter, melted 1/2 c. sugar 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello 1/4 c. boiling water 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained 1 pt. strawberries Mix together pretzel sticks, melted butter, and sugar. Press into 13 1/2 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes; let cool completely. Cream the cheese; add powdered sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over bottom layer after it has cooled. Mix Jello with water; add strawberries and pineapple to Jello. Spread over second layer. Chill for at least hour before serving. |
