FRESH PEACH ICE CREAM 
5 peaches, peeled and chopped
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 eggs
4 tbsp. powdered sugar
1/2 pt. heavy whipping cream

Chill bowl and beaters for whipping cream. To the peaches add sugar and beaten egg yolks and lemon juice. Beat egg whites until very stiff, add powdered sugar and stir into peach mixture. Whip cream until stiff and mix all together. Pour into tray or bowl and put in freezer. Freeze for 2 or 3 hours, stir and freeze some more.

Suggestion: for less fat and cholesterol, whip 1 cup of Milnot and use instead of whipping cream.
