HOT TURKEY SALAD 
4 c. cooked turkey (cubed)
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped red pepper
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 c. cooked rice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. mixed herbs
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. slivered almonds (topping)
Salt to taste

Saute first 5 ingredients. Combine with remaining ingredients (except almonds). Place in 3 quart casserole. Top with slivered almonds. Chill for several hours. Heat for 15 minutes at 350 degree oven before serving. 8-10 servings.
