KAPUSTA - TASTA 
1 head cabbage
1 box wide Goodman's noodles
Sm. amount of oil

Grate cabbages (shred) in machine. Fry in small amount of oil, perhaps 3 tablespoons, until brown. Boil noodles (Do NOT let noodles get TOO soft, this is IMPORTANT).

Drain noodles and toss with brown cabbage. Salt and pepper, to taste.

This is my go-to Good Friday dish. Coming from a Hungarian background, this was a staple in our house. The only difference in my recipe is to not let the cabbage brown. I braise in oil, turning to coat all the cabbage, and let it cook through. Salt and Pepper to taste. Lately I have added onions to saute as well.
