PECAN PIE COOKIES | |
1 c. plus 1 tbsp. flour 1/2 c. quick oats uncooked 1/2 c. softened butter 3/4 c. packed brown sugar 3 eggs 3/4 c. dark corn syrup 1 c. chopped pecans 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1/4 tsp. salt Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease or spray with Pam a 9 inch square baking pan. In medium bowl combine 1 cup flour, oats, butter, and brown sugar until crumbly. Press into baking pan. Bake 15 minutes. Meanwhile, in large mixer bowl beat together eggs, cornsyrup. pecans, vanilla, salt, and 1 tablespoon flour. Pour over baked crust. Bake 25 to 30 minutes more. Cool on wire rack; cut into bars. Makes 32 bars, about 150 calories each. |
