PEG'S CHOCOLATE DELIGHT 
1 lg. angel food cake
2 pkgs. chocolate chips
3 eggs, separated
2 tbsp. sugar
1 pt. whipping cream
1 c. nuts, chopped

Melt chocolate chips in top of double boiler. Beat egg yolks and add to chocolate mixture. Stir in sugar and let cool. Beat egg whites and fold in. Whip cream and fold in mixture. Break cake into bits and put in pan. Pour chocolate mixture over and stir until all of the cake is covered. Smooth and sprinkle with nuts over top. Keep in refrigerator overnight. May dab with whipped cream when served. Serves 16.
