BROWN SUGAR FROSTING 
1 egg white
3/4 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. water
1 tsp. light corn syrup
Dash of salt
1/4 tsp. maple flavoring

Put all ingredients, except flavoring, in double boiler and cook, beating constantly, for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add flavoring. Beat 1 or 2 minutes longer until of spreading consistency.
