NATALIE'S MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1/4 lb. macaroni
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. milk
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 lb. grated cheddar

Cook macaroni al dente in boiling, salted water. Melt butter; add flour, mustard, salt and pepper. Add Worcestershire, milk, and onion and cook until thickened. Add cheese and stir until melted. Combine sauce with macaroni; pour into a greased casserole dish and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, or until top is nicely browned.
