LIGHT ZIPPY DIP 
1 c. low fat cottage cheese
1/3 c. chili sauce
2 green onions, thinly sliced, including tops
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1/8 tsp. cayenne (or 1/4 tsp. black pepper)

Combine cottage cheese and chili sauce in food processor or blender. Process until smooth, scraping sides. Stir in onions, horseradish and cayenne. Cover; chill to blend flavors. Serve with crisp raw vegetables. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
