SANGRIA BLANCA 
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 bottle Chablis or other dry white wine
1 (10 oz.) bottle Club Soda
1/2 c. freshly squeezed orange juice
1/4 c. Curacao or other orange-flavored liqueur
1 lemon, unpeeled, sliced in cartwheels
Ice cubes

Use: Large, clear pitcher.

Makes 6 (8 ounce servings).

In large pitcher, dissolve sugar in lemon juice. Add wine, Club Soda, orange juice, Curacao, lemon cartwheels and ice cubes; stir well. Garnish individual servings with orange twists, strawberries or mint, if desired.
