BACON CHICKEN 
2 whole chicken breasts, split
4 strips bacon
1/3 c. butter, softened
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. chopped chives

Cut 2 slashes across each half of chicken breast. Place 1/2 strip of raw bacon into each slash. Cream butter; beat in Worcestershire sauce and chives. Spread mixture over chicken breasts. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes, or until chicken breasts are tender and brown. Brush chicken with pan drippings several times during cooking.
