2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. nuts
20 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice

Bake in 9 x 13 greased and floured pan at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.

ICING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. XXX sugar (1 box)
1/2 c. nuts

Spread on top of cake.
